Turning Frontline Insight into Ad Creative
When existing success-case videos were losing momentum and production resources were limited, I identified the product feature that resonated most with customers in sales conversations — no app lock-in and no device brand lock-in — and translated it into a Meta lead-gen video. CPA dropped nearly 40%, while monthly inquiries rose 170%.
Redesigned the smart home quotation process from paper forms and Excel into an online tool for showroom sales use. The tool supports tablet operation, real-time pricing, discount calculation, digital signature, and PDF export, while making quote data easier to pass into downstream engineering and finance workflows.
Built and launched a B2B international website for a smart home tech brand in roughly one month, independently handling product understanding, site architecture, English copywriting, brand visual application, AI-generated imagery, and WordPress implementation. The content direction and brand visual foundation established in this version later carried forward into the formally redesigned multilingual site.
